Las Juntas is located in Walnut Creek in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

This house, along with its sister homes serves four elderly residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The staff at Las Juntas Home has an interest in and experience working with older adults. In addition to supporting the interests of the individual residents, our staff offers education and opportunities in health, nutrition, spirituality, and recreational activities.
